I'd love it if my girl liked cars, she honestly dosnet know the make of the car she drives (94 camry wagon). I think it would be awsome if more people withought a Y chromosome were into cars, it'd make me the happiest guy in the world if mine was!

I have never once meet a guy who was so aginst me being involved with the 'car world' I guess it's because i do know what i'm talking about and i can hold a full conversation about cars to guys so they can come to respect me. Not only do i know what i'm talking about, i also know how to hold mine on the tracks. I've beaten some guys as some guys have beaten me.
About the whole equal thing, getting involved with your car and hooking it up, racing it or whatever you do, is more like a hobby/sport. You see girls playing pro basketball just like the guys, you see girls doing pro wrestling just like the guys, you see girls going into the military just like the guys so why would it be such a big issue for girls to get involved with cars????? i guess i don't understand what the big problem is and maybe it's the little immature boys who are the ones who make such a big deal about it. All i have to say is...GIRLS keep it up, if it makes you happy...do it! and to those 'boys' who make a big deal...grow up! thats all i have to say about this!

girls that work on cars....... PLEASE multiply. i work at a dealership, nothing but greasy, pot bellied old guys always in pissing contests and shit, i would HAPPILY replace many of those guys with a chick tech any day. and even a girl that works on her own car, jacked up in the driveway doin an oil change, or installing a turbo kit, dosnt matter, id think it was awesome. i think guys that have a problem with it have "innies" below the belly button mark, and fail to realize that you cant impress a girl with all your automotive knowledge, if she dosnt know anything about cars, at least with car chicks, you can buy them a beer, and actually have something to talk about, what a concept
