Everytime I sit/lay down to take a nap, I have this huge habit about putting my hand down my pants and grabbing my_____. smoking - i want to quit but find it hard
cracking my knuckles and my neck - it feels good
hands down pants - its just natural
chewing my mouth - dunno really, i do it most when im nervous!?
eating my nails - same as above!
