Re: Anyone bought the new Ford Focus SVT Revell?

just picked up the Focus and Escalade at my LHS. i'm really surprised by the quality of both kits ! if Revell could make a better wheel system (c'mon, there's a metal axle for the Escalade !!)(and turning wheel, like Tamiya's most kit) i think it would be as good as a Tamiya kit, and even better. Revell is really setting the bar higher with those two wonderful kits ! i just hope they made their Eclipse, WRX and RSX plastic models, not a damn metal body snap kit...

Thanks so much for posting the kit content pics Tonio!
I'm impressed so far. It's even got the stock 4-2-1 tubular header, jsut like the 1:1!!
Do you think the 5-spoke wheels are RS model-like designs?
I wish they had the '04 6-spoke wheels tho.
Definitely buying this kit now.

Hmmmm...one Revell Focus + one Tamiya Focus=Focus RS? Hmmmmm...I like the SVT, but agree w/Blueboost that it's a yawner compared to the RS.
