Have you tried talking to your parents and if so and they won't talk things out...maybe it's time you did leave...my daughter is 17 going on 18 and we are going through the "I'm grown and want to make my own decisions"...(just found out she's been smoking weed, drinking, and having sex with her boyfriend and I'm against all that...!!!!)
I have had to learn to let up and let her make her mistakes but I still see her as my baby...she has had to learn to give in and follow some rules...but we are working on it...after all...she is two months away from being a legal adult...we are so not the Beaver Cleavers...If not for Zanax and a bottle of wine to chase them I would be climbing the walls (just kidding)...
But seriously...it sounds like your parents are trying to rule with an iron rod...but are you trying to rule also!!!
Try to negotiate...if they aren't willing to work with you and give a little you might want to go stay with your friend to get some needed space if he will let you stay for a few days...give your parents time to cool off...it can be stressful with all the bickering and you might find yourself doing things that you might regret just to get back at them...
If they still won't negotiate with you then maybe if you are old enough you might consider a permanate move...after all...the bird has to leave the nest sometime...

That's not a great way to think of things. Just b/c she drinks and smokes pot, doesn't mean she won't go to college and succeed in life. She's in her growing up stage. The only way for kids to learn are to make mistakes. Luckily she has you as a parent who cares about her and she will end up on the right track. However, if I were to guess 75-85% of college students drink and smoke weed either on occasion or almost regularly and do perfectly fine.

Unfortunately there is a lot of negativity towards marijuana and anti-drug commercials help to feed the minds of those who don't have true facts or experiences. She's a kid having a good time in life, when she makes her first big mistake and you by her side she'll realize what she needs to do.

A few thoughts for you - wouldn't you rather know if she's going to do it anyway? Peer pressure rarely motivates teens to do anything, except for those with particularly low self esteem. Sex is a normal part of human behaviour, it should be discussed freely.

While I am not suggesting running an 'open house' to do what she wants, I am suggesting keeping dialogue open so that if it does come to a problem, you're still on talking terms. Voicing your disapproval/punishing her will lead her to secret all of that stuff away from you and in the end you end up hurting both of you.

All of those actions indicate she is a normal teenager, and I can't see it threatens her happiness of success in college.

What scares me is she might be dating someone like RazKaz...and they might have litte Raz's....(((creepy thought))) Thus the idea of ending her ending up in a Trailer in West Virginia...ect....
