Raced an RX-8 on AK DH. He whooped me, but I was right behind him everystep of the way. It was crazy. Cuz i had raced him once before and he owned me from the start. I got an awesome start did everything right. Even f'in feinted at the right times on the first second and third turns. Then the second hairpin i messed up and slowed down a little too much against anyother v.3 driver it wouldnt have messed me up that much but this kid practically lives on the machine!! I was proud to lose by 50m It shows im getting better.
its not a god car, it can be easily beaten.

Fine, fine. Its not a good car. But the guy driving it made it a good car. Im not a initial D expert duluth. To me thats a good car. The guy that was driving it made it that way. My opinion stands.

Re: Initial D: Ver3 - newbie

yeah but since tons of people dropped their dc2 and rx7's your chances of finding someone who only drives the cars they love are small.

Re: Initial D: Ver3 - newbie

For all the Initial noobies, A DC2=Acura Integra. RX-7, well if you dont know its sad. But, a RX-7 is a model of Mazda. There are two RX-7's in the game. One is a FC3S. There other is a FD. I prefer the FD. I like DC2's they're good cars. They just require alot of skill to make good times on Ver.3

My friend has a DC2, he's slowly getting better, its yellow has one of the carbon fiber hood options. I drive a car I love. The AE86 Trueno. That and the S13(2000cc). Next is the Miata Roadster. Maybe after that a EVOiii? I like that car because of the anime dont know much about the sats.

Re: Initial D: Ver3 - newbie

the RX-8 is not the god car in version 3, there is no god car, like in V2 the DC2 was the god car. The car haveing the fastest start up does not make it the best car. given the RX-8 is a good car and on akina there are good car for ex. the RX-8, the 86, 85, GC8v, Evo IV, are some good cars for the course. Also the RX-8 is not easliy beaten or it can be easliy beaten if the driver sucks. you can be a fast driver with any car in the game if you have the skill, some may take more time that others.

Re: Initial D: Ver3 - newbie

well basically if its not a 6 speed its not meant for battling, (rx-8/skyline turbo) but they are kinda hard to really get used to. but if you want a decent car thats easy to use go with the evoIV/V. and this time around there is no actual all-arounder its just how well the friver uses the car.

Re: Initial D: Ver3 - newbie

rx8 is considered the best car but by no means a god car. in battle though, if the player who drives it is very skilled... then it could be a god car. boost off + unblockable line = no chance of winning with their new block system.

Re: Initial D: Ver3 - newbie

The RX-8 is far from the god car that the DC2 was. Any noob could pick up a DC2 and play. The RX-8, on the other hand, has very strange handling and the confusion of a six-speed, so you have to be a skilled driver to use it properly. Otherwise, you're better off using a more predictable car, like the GC8V or Evo 4.

Re: Initial D: Ver3 - newbie

i'm not gonna go down there just to prove my theories work, hell they are not even my theories, they are the professionals theories. not to mention i wouldn't bother going down there for people who think initial-d's turbo actually does something. also i got work.
