Re: Which integra?

Any handsdown the best part about the R.....8400 RPM REDLINE. The car absolutely screams with an I/H/E

Re: Which integra?

TroO... the R does have better suspension, anti-sway, and brakes... better handling over all.... but still I feel it's not better by much.... if you want the R for the sake of driving a R and all the prestige or whatever.. yea type R no question about it.. but I was just talking about putting out the power...

Re: Which integra?

no.you just dont get that the r is dif in so many ways.its built better, unless you go ahead and nuild the car better than in the factory, asuming you know what the hell you are doing.details is where it counts not on pistons that you think will put the gsr at the same power as the r.your wrong.specialy the jdm itr.

:22yikes: ummmmmm ok
Even though it has lower compression, lower horsepower and weaker suspension.....

I'm sure you're right that changing the cam system will make it faster.

a gsr is just like the ls but the ls does not have vtec. if the ls/vtec was built right and with the same level drivers, the ls/vtec would win. hell ive beat plenty of gsr's with my ls. and its non vtec.

As for straight from the factory the best would def. be type R. The type R is built far better than any other integra, and is faster, handles better, looks tons better w/o those side moldings, and the type R wing, and lip kit. It is pretty much better in every area. Except doesn't have a sun roof! This is stock for stock. It is also the best n/a car, but if your plans are f/i then the others would be a better choice. And like mentioned above, to have a type R isn't just about having a car that is a little faster, it is about having a TYPE R. They are rare, and bad ass, and if you have one you hold a certain amount of clout in the little import world. Even if it is bone stock (my favorite kind) and slower than alot of other little cars, it is still very respected, and admired. And to clear things up. AN ls/vtec is faster than a slightly modded gsr. The ls/vtec puts out more hp, and more torque than a gsr. Never underestimate an ls/vtec, fun little set up's, plus they can still be boosed higher than gsr.
