Cox Cable, not sure on speed, its either 256 or 350 I think though, its pretty fast but not the speed of sound or anything

Right now, my internet speed is messed up due to the poor connection. I m supposed to be running Cable/DSL but someting is wrong with the coonection but heres my current speed.
29.7 kilobits per second

(depending on time of day) around 1.5 mbps at home, and 2 mbps at work

i just clocked 10.8 megabits per second with my optimum online cable service.
