It's a logger for palm, so no, there won't be any software for a PC for it. If pocketlogger.com and a Palm OS emulator are shady I don't know what's legit.

There have been palm emulators for many years, I'm very sure they have all of the bugs worked out. It's just a display, even I could make that.

You could do a search for ODBII logger software, and I'm sure you'll come up with something. There are a couple that I know of, but dont know the names. I believe the "tunerstien" or something like that had a laptop version.
