If you still need this suggestion, I would reccomend trying cleaning your windows with this solution I make myself!
Isopropyl Alcohol (70% formula) White Vinegar Water Mix all three parts equally in a spray bottle. Use a terry towel for extra bite and the spots should come off! Works for me everytime! Somethimes I spray and let it soak for 5 minutes! Since the alcohol will suspend the water and vinegar, you won't get much running down the windows! Spray a fine mist only! Footnote..when I say 70% I don't mean you need 70% in your bottle! There are several grades of Isopropyl Alchohol and the one that is 70% is perfect for windows.
