Two places actually come to mind.
The one that REALLY sticks out was waaay back in the day, in the middle of White Sands State Park in New Mexico. Lemme tell ya.... black guy on white sand REALLY stands out in broad daylight!!  The other spot was in the back of a Greyhound bus, travelling between Austin, Texas, and Dallas. The bus was half-full and I don't know WHY anyone didn't just look back and see us....
