Re: who would you not wanna get into a street race with

Hmmm can't think of anyone from this board. I'd defintely question racing Treynor from LS1.com though.

If i was to race someone from the forum, it would have to be someone with a stock car, and it would have to be from 50km/h and up.

So basically not many people here. I'd race anyone here though, just to see what their car can do compared to mine. That'd be great!

never cut your self short no matter what you drive, on the other hand I will run against anyone even if I no their faster than me, you just have to have the racer mentality to say f...ck it you lose you lose you simply cant win them all any ways and who knows you might even win. no car pumps fear in to my heart it just a car, and some were down the line that car will get smocked too

getting beat by a car that SHOULD beat you is no reason to have your self esteem drop
couldn't have said it better myself, when I see the outcome of some people's cars that I read in mags or see on the track, it makes me strive to achieve my goals, its all in the name of the game

anyperson running less than 12.5. If you know your gonna lose dont take the chance of wrecking or hurting innocent bistandards. There is no need to race someone your positively gonna lose to. This is what a street racer should think about. It sure would lower the racing death toll.

Re: who would you not wanna get into a street race with

no, this guy is just filthy rich and i take back my statement, i said that he had 2 diablo's, i think he just painted the one i seen first to match the color of his mercialago wich is yellow. i see nsx alot, especially since my buddy owns one, and there is a owner of a srt10 viper about a mile away from me.
and nothing but c5 vettes all over. it is the richer part of the area, but nothing to fancy

R1Rider... fuckin Doug and his R1... No thank you.

Hybridsol... yeah, worlds most sleeper CRX. Thing is such a sleeper it snores.

I will race TerminalVelocity though, once I get the top secret project doomsday motor. Just waiting for that miracle phone call.

But untill my car can outrun a city bus, I won't be racing anybody. Except maybe grandma in her electric wheelchair.

It was just a black CRX that was gutted out and one hell of a built B18C5 for mass amounts of boost.

Seriously though the car isn't hardly touched. Exhaust, front mount, pods, and the ecu chipped is all that is done to it. More to come over the next year as the power will increase another 200hp easy but remain a full street car.

It pulls from 25mph to 165mph with no let off which is what I like

Although I must say it seems most street races are over by about 100mph. That is 3rd gear just ending for me. I pull 4th and it just continues to accelerate nearly as hard as third. The let up is about 255kmh or 155mph. It seems to slow down due lack of pure grunt but that will change when the motor comes out for its "tidy up".
