I'm with Jimmy on this one. I'll watch it if I happen to be watching TV at that time. I don't go out of my way for it except for this one. I like to see how a series ends that I've watched at least on and off over the years.
There was a lot of hype surrounding the ending though. That kind of hype is made only because there are a lot of people who give a shit. Kind of like the superbowl. Lots of people want to see it, so the media plays it up.

Those mocha latte cappachino sippin' douchebags live in fucking NEW YORK (tho filmed in LA) and they've probably had like 4 black characters in the last 10 years. Goddamn racist perky-asses.

No black characters? Ross (one of the characters) had a girlfriend who was black for half the season or so. Its as racist as Martin or Living Single ever was. In other words - not.
The lack of a main character not being black, white, yellow or whatever color you want to pick does not mean that a show is racist.  If thats what the term racism has become, then the word has lost all meaning.

gee, that show was on for how many years? And I have never even seen part of one episode. Does this mean I missed something in my life? Probably, but hey, it's all smoke and mirrors. And the funny thing is, I work on movie and commercial productions here in the great white north, and have yet to see any of the productions I have worked on, other than on set.
Too busy making things happen, to bother seeing how they turned out. Sad On the other hand, people who have lived the past several years of their lives with the same characters on TV, and have nothing better to do with their time than worry about those characters have two things going for them. 1) way too much free time on their hands, and 2) obviously have no concept of stress in their lives. Good on them. Lets just hope that in place of this show, something worthwhile, and educational comes on. Another Simpsons maybe. who knows

The show should have been called "Friend Swapers". Every new season was just a new chance to switch who was dating who. The show ended because they have no more relationship combos to work with.
As much as I don't like Friends, Sex and the City is the worst motherf*cking show ever...... by far......
