I didn't miss the question, I just don't have a great answer.
What's to say that the air restrictors haven't been removed now? They're no longer a requirement. Surely the engine management could be retuned as well allowing the actual power output of the engine to be as great as an LM if McLaren allowed it.
Even given a lower weight figure, I doubt it would be significantly light enough to offset the power difference. Some people claim to prefer the GTR's steering rack ratio to that of the road car's. Given that the suspension is retuned and the car is fitted with better aerodynamics, the GTRs will undoubtedly handle better than a road car. Also, the earlier GTRs weren't much lighter than the road car. It wasn't until 1996 that they really began pulling every ounce out of the GTRs as competition increased in the BPR Series.
It's really a case by case question and you'd have to know the current state of tune for each GTR to make any kind of accurate determination.
