there might be 1 way to avoid it when customs comes after you.
Just get the lawers and jury of the O.J simpson case to be in the trial when customs comes after you then you will definitly win.

In all seriousness there has to be a way to beat the system there's always a loop in gov laws. Theres always something they leave out & when 1 of us import fanatic's finds it customs will pay...
