Re: Finally, Current pics of my Eclipse with blitz body kit...

Any pics of your car, skyllz?

If the kid thought it would make his car faster, he would be a ricer, but he is doing things in stages.

Put up, or shut up.

Bleh. You're right its up to him but I hate it when peeps add all these physical mods when it could off gone straight into the engine. He would of spent a good 1000 on that kit with painting, for 1500 he could of turbocharged his engine.

i personally hate body kits. i have kept mine completely stock except for the fact i'm in the process of buildin a 420a turbo egine like jakes. its all about the go, f**k the show. once u shift gears with a bov chics will be creamin thier panties jus to ride in your car. i've seen this happen one 2 many times. its all about the engine mods. thas jus my 2 cents tho

well some ppl preffer show then go. so that does not mean its wrong to hate on someone's car because they preffer show before go but i do agree about the blitz body kit being on every "show" eclipse around...but oh well...

I think when the paint scheme matches AND you have your turbo on, it will be a good car. That's not to say it's not a good car now, everyone has their thoughts, this is simply mine. I personally would have gone with the turbo, then the bodykit. Looking good, update us once your paint matches and you have a turbo.

Easy Easy guys, lol. I never said that it would never be ( Go ). I said it's not ( Go )... ((yet)). Things take time. It's not like i'm on some kind of deadline or something. People take different steps and processes in different orders. I just preferr to do the exterior first. Trust me, shes gonna have some go, a whole lot of go before i'm done with it. Just takes patience and of course...... mucho dinero haha. I'm in no hurrry though but just to give you a little taste of my process order.... {Exterior}-{Performance}-{Interior}-{Sound}. If you don't like that process well then thats just too bad. lol. But as for the side skirt molding question. those were molded just using separate stages of bondo and putty material. Well, later peeps.

Yep, the whole car. So far i'm set on painting it back red, or i could save my money and get a really sick paint job. But yeah i'm gonna have the whole thing repainted. It would have already been done with paint except my body kit didn't fit right so we had to mold, blend, and yeah even break the top middle section of the front nose. If you look really closely on the very first picture on my page, you can tell how flat the top middle section of the front nose is. So flat that we just couldn't force it to bend into place. Fiberglass breaks with enough applied pressure so we had to break that part and angle it to fit. Me and the place where i got the kit from had it out and I back portions of money because the kit didn't fit right. but yeah dude paint job is next priority.

Re: Finally, Current pics of my Eclipse with blitz body kit...

There is a color GM is now making, if you could get your hands on it, it looks GREAT, it's called White Gold. It's like white pearl with gold chamealeon. It's really good looking. If you can, try something that will set your car apart from others, like a rare color that no one has (nothing ugly though, like putrid green or bright ass yellow).

Nice job man i got a blitz kit on mine but i only got the front and back bumpers and i know how much of a bitch it was to make everything fit like you probably have metal plates under your head lights like i had to do to get rid of the half inch gap. I just have a quick question cause im getting side skirts soon how far up the fender do they go? and was it hard molding it? Also how far back did it go?
