Just came from the track last week and there was a red SRT-4 running at the track. I did not race him but I get a chance to see his time on the board. The car ran a 14:03.... Sorry I only saw him race once and the only reason I remember the car is because he was in front of me in the staging area....
I believe the 03 GT Mustang runs 13:90 Stock could be wrong though. Last edited by 1Quick91; 03-13-2004 at 03:00 PM.

I am going to go test drive one of these srt-4 this weekend to see how fast this thing really is. 14.03 is not bad but I would think this thing would pull better time than that with all the press its getting.

Both are running 14 flat, neither is faster than the other. It really does depend on who can hammer through the gears the fastest, and who is better at controlling wheelspin.

all i have to say is...SRT-4 will eat the mustang alive...(i like mustangs more so dont kill me for that) but i've seen a 03 mustang get beat by a sec and half at the strip...
Neon SRT-4 = 13.2 1/4 03 Mustang = 14.8 1/4 sorry guys...

lol....cant help some people cant drive...but then again how hard is it to drive an automatic good...lol...the SRT-4 had no mods..completely stock...tires and all.

13.2............. unmmmm no, not wht the HP ratings that it has, And you can't use the elevaion excusse, turbo cars are not affected by elevation as much as a NA car is. if he ran a 13.2, he was modded. Your ET is in the first '60 and FWD cars don't '60 hard at all. best I have seen a comparable car '60 is 2.12 and that was with BFG g-force drag radials.
