I respect the NSX cause its a badass car, and yes i do hate ricers. And i hate pretty much every other honda, but what you forget was the question is which would win, not which car you liked. I like the NSX but i dont think you can put an NSX in the same catagorie as a regular Honda lets Prelude, you are simply barking up the wrong tree, so dont think for a minute you are right, your not wrong either just next time you try to make someone look stupid pick someone who isnt as smart as me! And remember the topic..which car would win, not which car do you like the most, pay attention to details, then you try to make me look dumb.

The only rice part of that car is the "millenium edition" and the BMW emblems. I personally don't like a lot of the car, but modifying your car to taste, like painting it, body kits, whatever, is not rice.

JD, I agree with you whole-heartedly. This is a strange thread...I'm not sure of the motives behind posting it.

I've been debating whether or not to revisit this thread and make another post, and I've decided I do have something to say here.

In my second post, John98R/T, I was trying take a different spin on the situation, which you failed to recognize. Please note my sarcastic "in light of this I no longer take your post seriously and therefore am no longer offended" tone.

You call that quality writing? You want to rank on a car, at least have something of substance ready to use in your criticism. Seems to me the route of your criticism lies in the Del Sol owner's ricing out of their car. And there are plenty of riced out Neons out there too. Your point seems moot. If you do have a point, I invite you to write about why you don't like Hondas (meaning that you need to site reasons that are Honda specific, or else that you dislike all cars that share the characteristics that you dislike), and I'll be eager to read all about it.

As for the NSX, from what you wrote, I thought you were stating a preference for wanting one. My mistake.

At this point, why I am even bothering with this? I do have a bit of a pride issue, I guess you could say. I know this thread is just about dead, and what was said was said, and that's it. But I need to feel some closure on the issue. I initially resided with enzo, but after GOD's post, I realized that yes, this site prides itself on differences like being able to say what you wish (I certainly do).

So there is indeed a "happy" middle ground. I don't know exactly what that is, but I know that my first reaction in being so defensive was a little uncalled for, even though I continue to dislike what was said in the original post.

I think everyone has already said what they wanted to say and now everyone will get along or else .......but on a serious note everyone on here has made good points and some not so good points . But i just wanted to tell you guys to just all get along . John seems like a nice guy ...i have no problems with him and JD is a GREAT moderator on here and i have alot respect for him. So on a closeing note on this thread i just hope that we can all work out our issues and all get along ...i mean after all it is only a web board and its where people post there opinions and thoughts . Were ALL gonna disagree with each other sooner or later on a subject and we shouldn't cut each other down we should talk about why we disagree about that subject . peace guys
