Re: $110,000 cavalier

12psi in a 2.4 or eco cav= about another 120-150 hp. bringing it to a total of about 250-300.

But, I also agree that maybe putting 100+ g's into a car, especially a teenagers first car, may not be the most sound investment, but i dont think personally insulting the dad or the kid is called for...personally, i think that that kid has got to be one of the luckiest kids around, and the dad, one of the most generous.

So i just say, good for him, and i wanna see the car too...so post pics

dude your retarded. if you think anyone would dump 110 into a cavi then your just retarded. second the numbers just dont work out, once again, makes story false.

$110,000 cavalier

ok, my problem is not necessarily so much about the dad spending so much on a cav, but it IS kinda insane. but my problem is with him spending it on a car his 17 yr old kid has NEVER SEEN B4 and knows nothing about....that's what pisses me off. if daddy wants to go blow that kinda dough on a car, get something that's meant for speed and power as stock THEN upgrade. or go buy junior a ferrari or something so he can go kill himself thinking he's the sh*t. i have to agree on some kinda BS going on, and i join with everyone else in saying: i want pics!

I think you got a lot of nerve calling me names just because you dont think a certain car is worth fixing up. Obviously somebody is willing to "dump" 110k into a cavy, because people have. You have like zero maturity level. You need to learn to respect peoples tastes and opinions before you start throwing around insults because you dont like something.

He said it was making 400+hp on 13psi or so, that isnt happening, just like the dad saying the car has 110,000 in it. The father doesnt sound to creadable.

What does that have to do with anything? Im talking about you calling me retarded because I believe that there are people out there willing to spend a lot of money on cars you dont seem to like.
