Re: Initial D Trueno project questions...

I didn't mean to start anything; I just wanted to get some good information to help me build a replica of the car from the show. I thank you for all of your replies as they've shed some light on the subject of drifting and also proved a suspicion correct in assuming that the Drift King Tsuchiya was somehow involved in the subject. I have the 3 volumes of the Tokyo pop release and thanks for addressing my curiosity about the relationship between Natsuki and the older gentleman; I first thought he was her father but someting didn't seem quite right about that scenario. Thank you all once again and take care!

Re: Initial D Trueno project questions...

I've always been an enthuiast of the AE86. I just recently heard of this show Initial D and I downloaded a bunch of episodes off of Kazaa and started to like it a lot. I've been wanting to get one of the Fujimi kits but didn't want to order one offline, but yesterday a kid told me that this Anime shop in the mall had these kits and they have the Tokyopop DVDs. I'm going up there tonight after work. :-D

Those above pictures are interesting, but didn't the Anime AE86 have a tan interior?

Volume 10 was released earlier this week, tonio.

There're quite a few volumes left to go. And the series is still ongoing in Japan.

Yah, also that's the kouki model, not the zenki one. And, the engine is all wrong.

Recently I've became a Initial D fan myself. So far I've gotten the first three TP books, and watched the Japanese anime series with subtitles. Any one know where I can get more books for cheap?? I know a place here that I can get 25% off each manga.

So does anyone have pics of a tan Trueno interior, or screen captures from the videos/DVD's?
