im not sure what you mean, between the door and the interior door panel i cut styrene, and puttied around it, if you mean where teh door actually connects to the door, i used small aluminum tubing , and puttied it on to teh triangle part where the mirror goes, which needed to be puttied anyways to look complete, then iputtied teh other end of teh aluminum tube to the inside above the wheel wells. sorry if this doesnt make much sense, because its hard to explain
