Hmm, well, that's how you adjust the aim, with the aiming screws. So each assebly only has 2 screws, you each lamp (2 for high, 2 for low) has 2 screws? Anyways, either way, aiming screws are how they are adjusted, so if your's don't work or sometime...then I guess your SOL. If you didn't already, park your car about 20 feet from a wall, and then mess with the aiming screws. You should be able to see the light slowly moving, so you can look at the wall and aim it. You get a better feel of where the light is aimed when you park it in front of a wall like this.
