Revving real high? Check for vacuum leaks.

Neons arent slow... my neon hit a 13.9 stock .....then again its a 04 SRT-4..... not a single car in it's range can do that.

The SRT-4 is obviously fast as hell. The Neon sport coupes from the late 90's aren't too bad either, but they certainly aren't fast.

Don't forget, there ARE neons out there beating newer cobras. Yes the supercharged ones.
