A RWD conversion is pricey. AWD is a bit easier and cheaper. And as good, I'd say.

i just want to know if they mated it too an s200 or nsx trtanny or fab'd their own

Plans for it: Rebuild the engine and the car, then turbo it with a disco potato(gt28).
Then kill all the mustangs and camaros i see

I would say it's custom fabricated. Even if they did borrow the drivetrain from a donor s2000 or NSX, they would have to fit it into the Prelude chassis.
