I know im not really ready for it, but gotta take the chance, for christ sakes its an STi. O yeah, Ive decided on the STi also, was kinda worried at first about how much more hp could be squeezed out of the 2.5T, but they allready have stage kits that are making 430hp w/ 455ftlb tq. So Im not worried about it. I thank you all for your opinion and concerns of my future. Take care, all forumites.

Your mom needs to be slapped with reality then cause shes going to be missing a son pretty soon if she actually believes that..
Get a cheap $1000 car. Learn how to drive it. Why spend $30k on a car that you cant afford and going to wreck the first month after buying it? Do you even know how to drive? Just because you think you can control a car doesnt always mean you can, especially since you havent driven a high Hp vehicle to begin with.
One other thing you need to look at when you buy these high end cars is INSURANCE!!
Just go to a insurance company and tell them youre 17 and want to insure an NSX, Supra, STi, Z whatever. Make sure to have some lube because youll surely need it. These cars arent cheap. They never were. If you get paid mininum wage how do you expect to maintain the car, pay for insurance, and make payments if your parents stop paying for it?
Not trying to insult you but you got to keep it real man. Please think before putting down so much money on something especially if you dont feel ready for it...
