milano red came on the 99-00 si model civic didnt it? mine is a 1993 civic can someone tell me what color red this is on my civic

Milano red comes on all Civics... The red on Del Sols, and the earlier Civics were also Milano red.

ok um are there diffderent shades of milano red because my friend has a 99 si milano red and i park my ride by his alot his red is WAY BRIGHTER than mine mine is like a darker red

His is probably faded. And yes, I said faded. The sun pulls the red pigment out of car paint, which is why you rarely see full show cars that are red.. the color fades too damn fast. As it fades, it gets brighter and brighter, until it's like you turn up the lightness too much and it starts looking chalky. Yours may have just been spoiled earlier in life. My car has actually darkened back to a truer milano red since I bought it. Meguiars deep crystal car wash, meguiars scratch and swirl remover, meguiars gold class wax, and then meguiars spray shine. It used to be that when my dig. cam took pics of it, it looked orange. Now it actually looks red.

And I want to say that milano is one of the only bright red shades that honda uses.... I might be wrong, though.

crabby... your car is milano... honda color charts, which are readily available on google, yahoo, or any other search engine, is the only bright red color honda used until they came out with rallye red. If you want a pic of milano red, go to www.yahoo.com, type honda milano red, and see it for yourself. Damn....

hmm thanks i looked and some of them cars do look the same color as mine i always though milano red was just on 99-00 civic si because there red is more brighter little orangish


oh and to the person who asked if my car is modded not really i have jdm b16a intake/header/exhaust/actclutch/crower cams/skunk2 camgears/vafc/skunk intake mani i stopped there

i dynoed stock of 143.1 hp 99.2 torque

with all those mods i put out 175 hp and 112 torque not too bad for the work i did and for the price of trhe stuff
