Yikes... that brings me post traumatic stress disorder flashback... visions of big hair, leg warmers, fluoro headbands, pig tails, bright costume jewellery, ABBA and being asked to serve a 'Fluffy Duck' by some teenager wearing bib overalls, bangles and trying to look like Kylie Minogue in full Charlene mode....
For those young enough to have forgotten this temporal anomaly it was called the 80's and a fluffy duck was advocaat and lemonade. and that's Kylie, before she became the gay man's icon when she played a female mechanic called Charlene in Neighbours (come to think of it maybe she was a lesbian icon then... nahhhhh.... now I'm remembering Locomotion and that blonde guy from Neighbours... oh that's right Jason Donovan...) I'm going to go out now... I maybe some time... the whole flashback is making me feel very queasy....

I love egg nog. Can't get it in Australia. I had my first glass in Xmas 2000 at Banff Springs Hotel. I've been hooked on the stuff now I'm back here too...
