It's almost your b-day, ask for some expensive presents Or ask everyone that is going to get you a present if they could just give you money. If you explain it to them, I'm sure they would. My brother got almost $2000 for graduating from people, and he didn't even ask for money. So I'm sure you can work your b-day into this somehow. And if you check junk yards, I'm sure you could find what you're looking for, and it will be mass cheaper than anywhere else. I would have to say it would cost about $3-400 to have all of those things painted once you got them on your car. Don't worry about it, so you have a wrecked ugly car for a little while. Who cares? If you get it fixed, and it's still ugly for a little while, who cares? Everything will be fine, if you don't have the money now, do one thing at a time until it's all fixed. It'll work out.
Oh yeah, and I voted for under $1000, above is my reasoning.

check for leaking fluids, that's the most important. And then just check everything to look for dents and stuff like that.

Not to be mean man. But whoopdie fucking do. My car has over 1700 dollars worth of damages. The reason why its so much. its the left rear panel. So you cant just bolt it on, you have to WELD in a new panel. Lots of labor. or pound out the dents. I have been in 3 accidents in less than a year. I had to pay for all of them (havent done my car yet, too poor) I just live withthe dents. I dont care how people say "your car looks worse than mine" I dont care about sho anyways. All it does it attract thieves. then people say "I hate this, soneone stole my car, i had nice rims, a bodykit etc" Then dont fucking supe up the looks. It just attracts the COPS and THIEVES.

Sorry i dont mean to be mean. i am just saying you dont have it as bad as you think. I simply wont post pics of my car because it looks nasty I figure, hey... I run 15's, and I am dented up. They think "some dented up stock civic that runs 18's, i can waste him with my six gen EX" But I dont I will eventually fix my dents. But the most sho ill do is rims.

you should also make sure your engine isn't over heating, which will happen if you busted your radiator. After I had my accident, I was like, "gee, why put any more money in my car?" and I stopped for a long while even now, if I see a part I want, I just think of how quickly I could lose it and I don't buy it. lol. Now my car is almost completey back to stock, and I'm thinkin about getting an old Pathfinder or explore. (my accident happened in ice and snow when I couldn't stop or turn and slid right into the car in front of me.

Yeah if you want to do it right, you need to completely take apart the front end, get some pictures of everything from every angle and make a shopping list of what you need. Some things to look out for would be the metal crash beam and plastic shock absorbers, foam absorber, frame damage, radiator support and its symetry with the fender edges, fenders, and hood hinges. You're probably not gonna be able to fix all of it yourself.

Honestly, it's not bad at all. You just have some body damage, from what I see it looks like everything in the engine compartment is ok. So you just have the light and a few body pieces. No big deal, hit the junk yards and scrap everything you can find. Even if the things you find have minor problems, get them, it will be a lot cheaper to fix little dings than what you have.
