you can do anything you would to a manual besides things like flywheel/clutch.

turbo/nitrous/cams/high cr forged internals/LSVTEC swap...

Re: automatic integra

I have to just add from experience. I have a 99 Integra LS. I recently converted to a LS VTEC. My car is still automatic and I can't say much about it being a bad thing. I would like to swap out the auto to manual though. Though I've been racing it for the past 2 months and let me tell you many of the other racers think my car is a manual. i have the basic bolt ons H/I/E, plugs, wires, and a custom made switch to activate the VTEC. My point is my car is quick for an automatic. My advice try LS VTEC on the auto, thats what I did. Car is quick.

A ls vtec is just what it sounds like. A ls engine block with a vtec head on it. Most people use the civic si head because its easy to come by, but you can use any DOHC vtec head. I would only suggest it, if you know a good shop to take it to. You could have lots of problems if it's not done right. I'm sure there are lots of people on this forum that can tell you more about it than me...........
