I had the same problem Heat out of Passanger side regardless of setting. In the summer heat beats AC by a large margin. I bought the servo, but was daunted by the task of removing the dash, purging the AC and so on. I have an extended warenty, but they wisely chose not to cover anything to do with heater vents.
In trying to trouble shoot, I stuck a stick with 2 wires Hot and ground, into the servo plug. I was hopping to hear the mortor move. Never heard it, but it fixed it for more than a year. The motor was either stuck, or in the wrong positon.
Now I have a new problem in that I get very little airflow from either driver or passenger side even with the fan on high. The air that comes out is hot or cool based on the temp selections and it seams to change from feet to defrost as instructed. The only error code is 52 (passenger blend door) which seems strange, because both sides are affected. It is as if the heater or ac core is blocked/clogged to air flow. Also it seems to be letting in outside air behind the glove box. At 10 deg. this gets very cold and the minimal airflow can not keep up. I was afraid to tackle the dash as I have always seemed to break something in past dash work. I am also afraid to have the dealer do it, more so because I do not trust them to not mess something up, than the expense.

Has any one heard of one of the cores becoming clogged with mold or something and preventing airflow?
