yea I really wasn't going that fast. I was actually behind two cars going into a turn. It's just we got these import HATING redneck faggot cops up here with big dips in there mounths driving monster trucks an shit. I was in my lil honda with tinted out windows, lowered, body kit, rims and he was mid to late 20s with a monster dip in so I knew I was screwed lol

it's ok he was a city cop in another county, he had no pen ( borrowed mine to write my own ticket), he repeated he wasn't on duty or he'd tow my car several times, he wasn't in uniform, and all sorts of other shit was wrong with the ticket and paper work so I'm hoping i'll get off with only a 70mph speeding ticket and they will drop the wreckless driving. but who knows.

I posted in another forum about "quotas" cops have with tickets. I'm not gonna rehash it hear, but I have a cousin high up in the county gov't, and he KNOWS it's true.

Anyways, to be on topic, they were giving out so many tickets to people (me included) the county clerks office was dropping them all down to only 10 miles over.

I'd gotten nailed for 25.

Ticket quotas have never been a secret where I come from (Chicago) Everybody knows that at the end of the month, cops are out with the sole intent to write as many tickets as possible to make quota. Cops can be a$$holes sometimes. Just this morning, on my way to church, I got pulled over for having expired plates (I forgot to put my new sticker on), but then told me that my car was stolen. She took my lic. and insurance card while her cronies (5 of them) stood around and looked at my car. Then she came back and said she would let me off with a warning as my Christmas present from her. If she caught me without the new sticker again she will, quote- "write me several tickets."

I suppose Grand Theft Auto by a 20 year old on probation does warrant a warning. Right??? Or was it that the plates NEVER CAME UP AS STOLEN?

I agree. I'll be 21 in Feb. and I'm on probation, too. They pulled me over for expired tags, but I wound up goin' to jail because I hadn't paid a ticket, and there was a warrant out for me.

What pissed me off was that while I was there, for fuckin' non-payment of fines, they treat you like a car thief or murderer or something. That's BS. They think they're all better than you. There were also a couple of drunks in there they were REALLY bein' rough with. Older guys, in their 60's or so. That's not right.
