whoaaaa that is one heck of a story there.
I'm sure while all of this was happening, you must have looked like this....
At least, I know I would

First thing is first....glad to hear that you are safe...considering that the truck hit your car on the driver side, where you were!!

I'm also glad to hear that the car is doing fairly well. Steering and alignment is good. I'm assuming the engine is fine since there isn't much damage there.
All you need is a few doors, and body panels. Right?

It's scary to think that your car would have flipped over if it wasn't lowered!
That makes me feel better because it's one more reason why we all should lower our rides
In addition, I'm amazed that you're alignment is all good considering you went sideways for 30 feet.

You're lucky that you changed your rims!!!

Now is a good time to get a new and wild paint job (if you choose) and a body kit!!!!!!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

please....keep us inform about the updates.
For example, what are you driving now that the Accord is in the shop

in other news.
I should be getting an estimate this weekend for my own car. The 4th gen will be fix soon! I can't wait.

yeah, i can't wait to get my 5th gen back...I went thru a series of cars during all this ordeal...from a chevy malibu which I had to return because the brakes were dead( to the point of seizing) and a blown gasket, since they have nothing in the accord range left, they loaned me a Dodge Grand Caravan...I was pimpin' that thing for a week, lovin' it and saying to myself, the next project is a Honda Odessy slammed with bling bling's! LoL Fuel consumption was high so so took the Van back and gave me a Pontiac Grand Prix 2001 after that, the inssurance money ran out for rental, so my bodyshop guys lent me their courtesy car...a 1991 Honda Civic CX base model that gave me such a fr^&(* hard time---tell you in another story---fuel consumption is great...but NO POWER STEERING!!m It's blue with blue tints..I modded it a bit! eheheh cheap man's way

hahahaha...whoa, looks like you're going through a lot of cars there.

how long has the accord been in the shop?

make sure, if you can, take some pictures of the process.
i always like shots of the during section in a project.
it's fun to see the car disassembled into pieces and then put back together

yah, same color but its going to come out of the shop looking brand spanking new...now if there was only a way not to drive it thru winter! =(

as for the civic eheheh, the driver wiper arm broke, so I fixed that and put a longer wiper arm, works great now( it actually wipes the whole windshield), I screw all the loose screws back together, put some wiper wings, ehehe and even bought a mini strobe.neon for it( althought I'm keeping that for my 94):sun:
