ok well doing the door speekers takes only a few minuites. you just pop the snaps on the bottom of the door pannel and lift it off basicly. you will need to disconnect electronics on the door such as power locks and such before you try to do this. but then just screw the speeker into is place.

the 6x9's i listed will probably have to have a hole cut for them in the back that takes a while.

then just wire them up to the existing wires. if there arent any then you need to run your own its pretty simple.

the amp just needs to be wired to the battery its a quick install i can tell you more about it later .

i dont want to disrespect anyone but pretty much all of the stuff on those lists is shit. for the same price ou could get:

and adire sub(great sub): http://www.adireaudio.com/mobile_aud...vers/shiva.htm

boss amp(alright amp) hell of alot better than legacy:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=18796

im to lazy to find cheap head unit on ebay but it should be the least of your worries. and one of the guys recomended some 6.5" 3-way speakers run far away from those. get an alright set of component 6.5" speakers, and don't even get rear speakers, and if you do just get another set of comps. component speakers are much better and you will be thanking me if you get them instead of coaxials.

i agree boss isnt that great either. and i do agree in whole that components sound better than coasials but for someone looking for cheep range of sound thats what you need. for people who dont want to mess with mounting tweeters that what you get. no rear speekers are you out of it. in a full cab vehicle you need rear speekers. you simply cant match the fullness of sound of a 4 speeker system no matter how good your front speekers are. on the sub yes there is VAST VAST room for improvment over the legacy BUT to keep in the price range and have a full system theres no substitute. he said 200 dollars complete system and with a single part at 125 theres no way your going to make budget.

IMO, save up to $400 and we can find something MUCH MUCH better. in the long run, u won't feel wasted. i learned it the hard way. i went cheap on the headunit, sub, amp, etc and now i regret not waiting in the first place.

Actually yes you can, I only have 2 speakers and it sounds much better than when I had 4. The only time I can even tell that I don't have rears is when I turn around and stick my head in the rear seat. 2 speakers are clearer, and if you get good ones they will be louder and have more punch (we're talking about for the same total price, 2 speakers vs 4). You also don't have to worry about the timing from the rear speakers screwing with your imaging.

I like having 2 speakers much more than having 4
