It would only be about 160lbs heavier than swapping a B, and with the massive amount of torque it won't even matter.

is there any way that i can take the front end off of a mid eighties camero and put it on my moms honda element? i hear that it can be done but ive never seen it. i want the subtle, yet refined "white-trashey" look, and im sure my mom would enjoy it. after that is done i want it to look like the sheep dog van from dumb and dumber. and then i want to put machine gun turrets and missile launchers on the back (may be a good alternative to the "brake check"). i then want to fabricate a mechanical penis to shoot marshmellow flavored cream by request into passengers mouths. this would be purely non sexual though.

in all honesty though, i read an article in a mag about a tiburon with two engines. one front mounted and one mid mounted. one powering the front wheels, one the back. somewhere in california (the land of milk and honey). i guess the guy would pop the hood show dudes what he had then take their money...pretty badass. proves that you can do just about anything if you want to get creative enough.,..

Re: Will a Chevy 350 fit in my civic?

I saw a Cadillac with a second Northstar V8 stuffed where the trunk would have been. Can't remember the website, but it was pretty quick for being so heavy.

As for that tiburon, I saw that article too. God, I wish I could've seen that burnout in person....

I've seen the Twin Northstar Cadilac in Motor Trend, I think, recently. That some crazy shit how they both work exactly together.

1. Who cares about weight, its RWD.
2. V8 will sound MUCH better than most any 4 banger.

You could easily(not mentioning the labor) run 12's with a stock 300HP LT1. Honeslty if you want a V8 and/or RWD civic then go buy a tube frame & slap a civic body on it. That would be the easiest way, but I still want a big block in the back of mine

Go easy on the guy

Hey to the guy who wants to put a 350 in the civic it can be done. Find a S-10 frame change the mounts do some cutting and fab up mount for the transmision and you will have it. Well it will take a lot more work but that is the basics. I know because i am helping a guy do it right now. Oh yah yes I am crazy for those of you who are rippin on this guy. I think it is posible for a 1984 caprice classic to beat a vette, well with a lot of modifications. My advise to yah go for it a civic with a 350 would be fast as all get out, and the plus would be it would be rear wheel drive.

Re: Will a Chevy 350 fit in my civic?

crazyv8power, sit and meditate for a second. Imagine a group of guys at a party or something, talking about cars and they bring up a subject about swapping a V8 into a Civic. They talk back and forth for a while and you sit there, watching them. Now imagine 10 months go by and that same group of people get together, and you're there. You jump in out of nowhere and start talking about V8-swapped civics as if the conversation had started a few minutes ago. You then receive multiple beatings because you are a retard. Don't bring up 10 month old posts, half of these people aren't even on the board anymore.

Ok boosted331 this is gettin out of hand i did not mean to piss off so many people. This was a stupid pissing match to get into. Yah an by the way the whole beating statement. What I meant was you can try to physically beat me (with fists). I know my caprice is a shit bucket now, but when it is done it will not be. So now lets put an end to this. I am an idiot with shitty cars, and stupid dreams. Are yah happy now?
