In my opinion, the orange side markers looks better.
I've also seen people with clear bumper lenses...I dont think they look good at all, pretty Honda-ish actually considering only riced out Hondas have clear bumper lenses. Want to add an "European" style to your car? Get something Euro. Not bashing, just expressing my opinion, I hope that's okay on this forum.

I changed my side markers also. I used a saudering iron to fit the original plug into the new marker. I mentioned how to do it a couple of posts back.

I got yellow sidemarkers on my silver p10 last night. I like the way it looks will get the digital camera back and post the pics.

Also I got the factory Fog lights installed. They are really nice and bright. If you decide to get factory lights get the " 2nd edition" for the p10. I was told that there are two versions, one is set for 91-93, the other for 93-96 although the housing is the same the lights are defin. brighter. My friend got the 20 dollar cheaper kit and his are ok but not as bright as mine.

looks good Dprotech...

poppy - as for the factory fogs, you can always get brighter h3 bulbs, i think i actually saw 100w h3 bulbs at a local auto store near my place, crazy stuff

i'm thinking of getting yellow bulbs for my fogs, so hopefully those won't look too bad...

If you get yellow bulbs for your factory foglights get the PIAA xenon yellow . I have them and they look just like a bright yellow fog light on a lexus. All the others I've tried suck they just look off white. The PIAA's are more expensive but worth the money

its easy... the manual has a good explination on how to do it...

just need to pop off the clip next to the fog.. then theres a bolt.. you need a deep socket wrench to get it off (i guess thats the "hard" part)

the the fog light is free and its easy from there... just be sure to put everything back how it was.. connection wise... cause if the connecter on the bulb (positive) touches any part of the fog housing (negative)..it'll short... theres a cover that goes over the connection.. dont lose it, you'll see what i mean when you open the thing up =)

now that you mention it... i had forgotten but i had the same problem... theres this notch on the stock bulbs, and for some reason on the piaa bulbs i got, the notch wasnt big enough.. i had to cut it a bit to have the bulb fit in there nicely.

i dunno why this is... its not like the stock bulb is some wierd nissan creation... the piaa's are supposed to be direct replacements......

you may or may not have this problem...

Howdy ..
Yes you do have to cut the notches ..the nissan original bulbs have larger grounding plate notches. I replaced my fog light with white 55w bulbs and had to snip the notches off. Don't worry the remainder of the grounding plate is held down by the spring lever.

I'm thinking of replacing these H3 bulbs with yellows too ..but it may be too lexus lookalike ...I don't know ..what are your opinions ?

Here is how you change the side repeaters. I think the side markers are the oval looking ones nearer to the front, they don't flash with the turn signals, thats why one is called a repeater and the other a marker.

look through the thread to see how to change the side repeaters.

Oh yeah ..as to how to remove the markers. well the direction is to slide the marker towards the rear of the car and the opposite for the passenger side. If not sure ..push it either way ..you will see one moves easier. Note it does take considerable force, but not herculean. Once you've moved it about half inch, use your other hand to lift the side being pushed away from the car. No need for a screw driver.

15 second job.
