Looks really nice, man! I'm working on one too, the AMT/Ertl model. I would've been finished a couple of months ago, but I haven't gotten my wheels from HLJ yet, since my order was sent back. Everything's pretty much painted, just waiting for the wheels.

The wheels are stock Jaguar units. My goal was to build a factory stock #168 version of this car as it came off the factory in 1993.

BTW the wheels are like that for a reason... the rear wheel is 375 size If Jaguar made the wheel spokes thinner for design purposes it might not be able to support all the crazy torque this car had... Everything in this car was pure racing technology!

Perfectly lovely. The XJ220 is what supercars are supposed to look like; flowing, undulating, voluptuous expressions of mechanized lust and desire. As opposed to the clinical edges of more current exotics (Enzo, McLaren F1, Pagani Zonda, etc.)

When a person builds a model like this it makes me at least want to build that kit.
Basically, that 220 is fantastic and your atention to the details of the car are magnificent.
Your car looks awesome. I cannot wait to see it completly finished. As for the wheels, I think once they are on it will look great.
