what does the seal look like? On my driver side window i need to push the top of the window out a bit to get it to go on the outside of the seal thing, otherwise it doesnt roll up all the way.

i cant believe that you guys paid so much for a old civic. I got mine for free cause the guy didnt want it and thought he couldnt sell it. Maybe i should sell mine and get some MAD profit.

It depends on the condtion. When I bought mine it had a mint body with original paint, that was the most important thing to me, I payed $6,000cdn. + all the taxes at the dealership. I had the motor swapped out like 3 weeks after the 30day warantee was up.

dude hope you don't have to replace the window crank to get your window working properly i've done it and it sucks big time on models w/ the seatbelt on the door, i think honda got pissed off at the western world for making them redesign their cars and made it a pain in the ass to change that window crank.

mine doesnt have the seatbelt on the door though..

but its really pissing me off now, spent a few hours trying to relalign the fucker.. and im right back to where i started. its stiff as hell. makes a lot of noise too, and theres a .5cm gap by the sideview mirror..

i have no idea how to fix it now.

last resort i am gluing a strip of rubber to fill the gap.

hey man i wrote a how to about how to change a door crank, jsut go to a junk yard and find a crank that works good and doesn't have a door mounted seatbelt (there is this one piece that won't fit and it'a a pain to put change it on the crank.) http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...7&page=2&pp=20

oh and one addition there is an easyier way to reach the back bolt that unbolts window where the seatbelt mechanism is on the 90-91 there is a hole for you to put a ratchet, it's 10 times easier on your car.
