Why do you have a boost guage? Why do you have a fire extinguisher? Why do you only have one wiper?

I have a boost guage because it is a vac gauge as well and I am about to put my turbo on. I thought I had a vac leak so I just went ahead and installed it to check. The fire extinguisher was there when I got it. The thing that holds it in was screwed in so I am not taking it out because of the two holes left. The uniwiper was just.....I dunno, just because.
