thanks Jim but i've still got mine. i left if off afterwards cause i still had to buff and stuff. i didn't want to have to bother with taping it off. oh and did the LXs come with the center piece red? mines black and has civic on it. i left the sticker cause i like how it looks and i like paladromes. yes, i am a geek.

Yo dmcgirl !!

NICE work on the Civic. I love that color..have you since painted your body kit pieces to match??

The 88-91 LX & EX sedans have the red "reflective" style rear-center piece.
The 88-89 DX sedans have the black center piece.
The 90-91 DX sedans have the red center piece.

I also did the Integra seat conversion. I used 90 Integra seats, because they had the same auto-seat belt system as the 90-91 sedans and it was a relatively easy swap..just a little grinding and swap over of Civic rail parts to the Integra rails.

Here is one pic, and the link to the whole thing below.

thanks shawn. i always wondered about the center panels. the integra seats swapped in a lot easier than i thought they would. we switched the one rail over too. i am gonna just keep using my seatbelts. the female seat belt part on the floor was able to be just angled backwards so they still fit in fine. my seats don't look as good as yours. i've got a tear in the drivers side but it's fixable. i could not believe what a difference the seats made!! so much more solid. i am very happy. what about the back seats? does anyone know if they would fit? they do look bigger maybe but i didn't look too hard. even with small modifications would they fit? i wouldn't want the head rests though.
jim glad you like the D. my civic is so small to me and then it's parked next to the D and it looks huge! ha ha.
off to go deal with emissions bullshit. wish me luck! our friend has rims on his D so we swapped the rear ones on in hopes that it can keep us off the dyno and some punk out of the drivers seat. the fronts won't fit cause the car is too low. hopefully the rears do the trick. they are always so cocky to us. i hate emissions.

The 4G4D is looking sweet... but I can't get enough of the delorean. I don't suppose you want to swap it for a SiR?

I got lucky with these seats out of a 90 Integra LS in the junkyard for $35 each. No rips/tears and except for a little rust on the bottom from exposure, they are in great shape..I had to clean them pretty thoroughly to get rid of the glass, but a contractor grade shop-vac did the trick there. This Integra was a hatchback, so the back seats were never gonna make it in the sedan.

I had a line on a 90 Integra sedan a while back from a buddy that blew the motor, but he didn't know how much I really wanted it and sold it to the shop that did his estimate when eh decided it wasn't worth it I was already to sell the b18a engine for parts, swap rear-discs, analyze seat condition (maybe even rears!!) and whatever else I could sell off it. Boooo

The only correction to my list from earlier (before someone else decides to nit-pick) is that the EX sedan was only made in 90-91, so you won't find any 88-89 EXs

that sucks about the integra. that's how we got this one. eric's an auto tech and the customer couldn't afford the work. so we got it for $600. also want to do the rear disc brakes and power windows in the front. woo hoo! the back seats do fit. gonna take a little modifying but they will work. i am going to take the rear head rests off cause i like my total visibility.
