O I C, well that car is slang termed as a "PANDA" paintjob.. the white body with black trim(bumpers, sides and stuff) and the Initial D car had yellow rectangle foglight too.. hehe and the Tofu shop graphics on the side.. PEas!!!! ANd www.mechahawaii.com sells the Initial D cars, peas!!! Heres a model that a local guy did, its modified, but its the same concept and the box is behind the car.. laters heres another Trueno Initial D kit availible at Mechahawaii, I know I love to plug that place.. PEas!!!

Thats the one i want....but i guess i have to wait till the sagas (in english) hit the states to get all the lil details like i dont know if the hood was carbon or not and plenty other little things like the TRD wing and rims.

They make an AE86 Levin without the side skirts but that's about it I think.


Nice project, I've got one sitting on my shelf ready to build sometime, too. I bought the Initial D kit which comes with the Takumi & Natsuki resin figures, hopefully it will turn out alright

Yeah, the Initial D/Zenki Trueno and the Zenki Levin don't have side skirts. Only the Kouki Truenos and Levins have side skirts.


Good job on the car so far, I'm working on Dori Dori's N2 Levin right now~

I cant tell if the ae86 has skirts or not.

EDIT: I just found the levin that I posted above on HLJ and it looks like this. Unless the skirt is optional to put on? Any help is GREATLY appreciated

that 86 doesnt have side skirts in it or on the box it doesnt

The 2 you posted, the first one is an AE85, not AE86
It doesn't have side skirts.

The second one does not have side skirts either.
