I like the caps off, maybe just because they've been on forever and it feels new to have a changeup?

rim caps on, emblems off......If you had the emblem placement at the front then i would put it on there but since you don't, it looks alot cleaner without the emblem.........nice car btw!

Bah don't say that... I've wanted black rims for a while and they're out of my wallet's range to buy a new set. I don't know how to paint rims or believe me I would.

Don't paint em. Powdercoat em. Stronger than any paint no matter how you prep em. The downside is that it does at weight.

It doesn't really matter if you take the rim cap off or not, that's up to you, cuz it still looks good either way. I'd say roll with the emblem off. Gives it that smoother look.

We are supposed to have both plates on in IL too, but my front is off. Looks SOOOO much better that way. If you get pulled over for it (like I did) just take the plate off the back, stick it to the front somehow for a few seconds, take a picture of it and when you go to court, show the judge the pic and he'll throw the ticket out. Theres no way they can prove you're lying!

I crammed it into the corner of my windshield inside the car. It looks somewhat ghetto, but the beauty of the front end makes up for it. I'll post pics tonight, the difference in person is amazing

I'd chalk the ghetto window mount. It takes away from the respectfully clean image of your car. Plus I know having something in my windshield drives me CRAZY

I dont even put my city sticker in my front window like I'm supposed to. I say just roll wit the picture (as long as it doesn't have time/date stamp on it) In some places you dont even have to go to court to show the picture, just go to the local police station or municipal building/city hall whatever. Its worth the small occasional hassle imo to have the front end look 150% better.

Sure it would be worth it, but when I didn't have a front plate on my Talon some pig left a ticket for $20 under my wiper while it was parked right in front of my house. $20 didn't break my account, but the fact he actually took his time to put it on their really pissed me the hell off. Also the missing plate will give them a reason to pull me over and open the gate to other problems like loud exhaust, tinted taillights, angel eyes... you never know when some pig who's having a bad day needs a power trip to boost his esteem...

Ah. very true. I guess I can sort of afford to "live dangerously" because I'm in Florida at school most of the year where you only have to have a back plate. That cop must've been on his period!

Angel Eyes are illegal? I guess I shouldn't be suprised. Anything can be illegal on your friggin car nowdays.
