Here's my desktop at work. The M3.... *drool*...

Btw, I must have 2 rows on the taskbar to fit all the apps I open at once (1 explorer, 1 outlook, 5+ work-related apps, 3 netscape, and 2 ie). At home, I do what g$ does--one row for quick launch, and one for apps--but I found this to be more efficient at work. I have way more quick launch icons at home, so I need that extra row. I don't even use the start menu, everything I need I get from quick launch.

You should take a stop by these sites here:
XP Forums
http://www.boomgames.com/xpthemes/index.php - recommended.
http://software.deviantart.com/details.php?id=240
http://www.themexp.org/

Also, for all of you with wallpapers, attached is a great little program that gets rid of the color blocks around the text on your icons. If you dont know what I am talking about, look at my screenshots, and davidG's. It will be similar to that.

This is mine (well my husband's anyway). I don't have my own computer at home so I use his computer! It's a Luis Royo painting called "Fallen Angel".
