Re: Ferrari 458 GT2 JMW motorsport 1/24

body polished. GX100 works really good and is self leveling. I think for me much better than 2k, probably cause i always end with such in a quite thick layer.
3 tamiya compound used to polish, I am really satisfied with result. Yellow is not so easy color to use on racers..

one of the nicest features of revell 458 is the perfect fitting of the very nice transparent parts. In all my 458s gt they went in position with no problems at all, despite all those bodies have been heavily modified

Re: Ferrari 458 GT2 JMW motorsport 1/24

also this gt arrived to its end. I made 3 ferrari F458 gtīs , as you probably see I like a lot this racer. Honestly this last one has been the easyest to do for me, the only hard part was the decalizing process but the extreme high quality of the decal sheet helped me really a lot.
All the modifications on the body (and there are many here) went much more faster and easy than my first af corse red car.

I hope many of you would like to try to build a 458 gt as well, they have a very aggressive look near other models, and I just hope there will be some way in the future to build also the following 488 GT model.

Thanks for watching, and merry xmas to all of you.

soon completed model in proper section.
