I highly doubt its the valves/seals. If they were the cause it would only smoke after the car idled for a period of time.
I am still betting it is just normal condensation you are seeing and just never paid attention to it.

I would do a compression check, and if that looked ok, and the plugs looked normal, I'd leave it alone. Keep an eye on it, but don't go after something which is not harmful or bad for performance.
