I am also sure of that. For instance, take the Japanese modelers: as far as rally cars are concerned, their interests are:
1) Japanese WRC cars (Toyota, even an old car like the Celica ST165, Subaru, Mitsubishi)
2) close to n°1 : gr.B, no matter which country they came from
3) further away: modern WRC cars

So why don't they ?
