i have a question though? You know when you have a fiberglass enclosure and u don't want to wrap it with carpet, but paint it, what should u paint it with?

Use enamels or laquers but prime the fiberglass first. Watch out when using fiberglass in automobiles , it shrinks slowly over time and cracks/seperates especially if it is exposed to the sun.

Fiberglass slowly shrinks in cars? im right about to glass my trunk... how long would it take before it seperated in there?

Ask in the detailing section mike will let you know all the proper ways to use fiberglass infact theres a fellow doing the same project as you in there right now. They have good advice. Tell mike I reffered you.

That goes for painting the fiberglass as well , he knows whats better paint to use as well , see my paint methods are old fashioned.

redoin leather interior

hey, i was wantin to redo the leather interior in my 1993 bmw 740i. i just bought it and the leathers in pretty bad shape. Does anybody know which leather would be best to use and about how much it might cost. thanks

Gahh (maybe it's Gaah) leather is very good stuff. They are based out of Southern Cali, don't have any contact info here at home with me, sorry.

Recondition the leather you have , it can take new dye and look brand new unless its worn.
