are you still running the stock mani, or have you installed a header? if you have a header, how did you go about wiring or mounting the sensors?

nah i swapped out for a dc header, just splice the two sets of wires together, so the car thinks its still getting two readings, and just run em down to the one O2 plug on the new header.

i thought of that, but then i got to thinking that it cant be to accurate that way. considering that the ECU uses each sensor as info for controlling A/F ratio, wouldnt it be possible to sending too much gas to two cylinders while the other two get the proper amount, or possibly not send enough to two while the other two get the proper amount. i mean, on the stock d series ecu its not a problem having one o2 sensor, because the ECU is only looking for one signal, but the PR3 is looking for two, and i doubt highly under any real world circumstances that both sensors on the stock manifold will both be picking up the same readings at one time. i know that at work (nissan dealership) i am always changing o2 sensors on maximas cause they are junk, and when i hook up the scantool and watch the voltage of all 4 sensors on it, theres never a point where the two primaries match each other, or a point where the two secondaries match each other.

just some things that have been rolling around in my overanalytical head. damn it sucks to care this much, but i dont wanna rob myself of any power at all.

and sorry for hijacking this thread
