i have dual exhaust on my civic just b/c it was the type that was welded together and had a single y....but when that car got totaled i took the muffler off and had them separated b/c i was going to sell them...but i got another civic b4 i sold them and just had them put it on...not worth the cost ($150) but itz quieter at cruising speed and different...

I was thinkin about it, and if you had one of those body kits with the bumpers that have two holes it might look pretty decent. Especially if it was a black car. So it would be like a totaly blacked out ride with two big ol chrome pieces sticking out the back.

I have dual on my integra, i love it, looks good (IMO), most of my friends said it would look dumb and sound like shit but when they saw it everyone changed there minds, i used dual with 3.5" outlets, angle cut, Y pipe right after the rear control arm... even my parents like it.... http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...page_id=334442
they dont look as good in the pictures as they do in person, do what you want its your car, i think you should do it, as for performance gains, you wont get anything extra. There is a guy with a civic that has it and personaly i thin that looks stupid but he has different canister styles, maybe he thinks the same about mine, oh well

BTW: my local muffler shop did it for $80 excluding the price of the canisters and they did it so i can unbolt it and put the stock one back on
