Dude wtf happened to f*ck up all that stuff just from running hot. Are you positive everything is trashed? It might not be so bad once you take it apart.
As far as rebuilding the motor, dude its really not that hard. I rebuilt mine freshman year of collage and having no experience what so ever. And it still runs strong today, so as long as you take your time you will be fine.

Well some sorta good news.
The car does run. It just runs like a bag of shit. A clunking noise from the crank. I was considering my options today; part out, vs rebuild, vs engine swap. I found a 7 bolt long block online from a wearhouse close by. Only 45k miles on it. I snagged it. I'm going to swap in all my goodies. Just don't care I can't picture life without my Talon. I'm really happy. FYI 1300 for the longblock.

What exactly happened then? The crank must have spun a main bearing? How are the valves toast. This really just doesnt make sense to me if you only over heated the car how you destroyed so much of the motor.

the bearing is like stuck it doesn't go around the crank.
I didn't just over heat almost all of the oil was gone.
