Re: MK4 Golf 2 door

No offense, but both look quite girly. In a good way I mean. But some how, I'm leaning toward to that "burberry"-style interior... Dunno for sure... The wheels look hilarious... Nice work btw, very clean 2dr conversion. I'm affraid to do that, when the kit is rare and very expensive, but I will try... someday.

Re: MK4 Golf 2 door

If I were building it I would use the black and pink plaid. maybe if you added some black detail to the Recaros and the dash was black it might look better or not so bright anyway. Can't wait to see what you choose. cant wait to see this one finished

P.S. love the wheels and the sticker too. Can I ask where you got them both?

Re: MK4 Golf 2 door

thanx for the comments guys, appreciate it.
the wheels i bought from a guy on this forum, i forgot the name. at he time he had a few sets. they not really good quality but with a little detailing they look great. if im not mistaken they come from a diecast model.

anyways im going for the black interior, but we'll see how it goes.
the wheel-whores stickers on the windows are home made on my printer on white decal paper.

Good stuff buddy. Can't wait to see it finished.
I've got a set of the same wheels and they did come off of a 1/24 diecast. I got them off a Red 64 Mustang convertible.

I can't remember the brand though. I found mine at a Rite Aid drugstore.

thanx guys

interior confussion, i dont know which one.
i made 2. both not finished yet. help me decide

i would choose the 1st one wit the inserts...... if not you can have the best of both worlds..... stay with option 1 , but take the recaros from option 2 and paint them a flat black with the same inserts from option 1.... keep it a lil real that way, no one has pinkish recaros... just my two cents... also really diggin the rims and color choice you picked too.......
