I can't blame Rubens ... it's the cars - once they get close behind another car they become undriveable... It would have been a 1-2 for reds if not for the fuel rigs. :o

I still loved the race. The whole weekend was fun. Qualifying was definitely the most fun one this year. And ther race was all nerves for me as well.

I am very happy, and that's a big understatement too!

He makes a mistake and qualifies on pole, his car burns and he still wins the race

Yes, who would have guessed the outcome? The F2003 really was tremendous when Schumi put it on the limit, I'm relieved to see that also.

Okay, I'll cut Rubens some slack, he looks as if he ran the whole race on his feet.

Great weekend for Schumi overall, fantastic in quali and his 1.08 lapping in the race was breathtaking... rubens was unlucky with the rig, as was michael, the difference being michael was able to really put the hammer down and win back the time lost. Monty was unlucky, but Sam Michael jumped the gun a bit when he said JP would have probably won the race if he hadnt blown up.. he said "we needed 3.5seconds over kimi and we had 4.5"... uh... hello, what about schumi? the willy didnt look like it had the pace to beat the ferrari today... and that awful understeer on Ralf's car confuses me, usually ralf's good at setup, but his car's been understeering like a dog for the last two races... sam michael said tyres played a hand both times, but there's got to be more than that to it!

Talking about dumping your career, it's all been downhill since he joined BAR.

Hey you forgot to put the smilies!

Intersting result, to say the least.

for Schum cause he didn't panic when the fuel started to burn,

for Kimi's solid performance in last years cars holding of RB, for Button taking 'th in the BAR, for DC and Webber making the best out of lost starting positions

for Trulli, Da Matta and Pizzonia - nice work.

for Barichello, although in the new car, couldn't take Kimi, For Ralf - he should do a lot better in the same car in which JPM was leading at some point and for all the others who didn't finish.

goes to the crew of Ferrari who should start fixing this fuel rig problem. It's not the first time and they all at Ferrari, were very lucky to escape worse when Schum's fuel started to burn.

If Mclaren can stay this close to Ferrari, then the 2003 championship can finally start in Canada. This is really good cause otherwise Ferrari would have been uncatchable by then. Let's hope the MP4/18 will deliver. Testing should start next week
